  • Norman Gelfand

    Norman, Founder & President has been a commercial real estate broker for 30 years, and has negotiated over 600 commercial leases. He has worked with hundreds of business professionals in finding successful locations and expertly negotiating tenant-protective leases. Norman has exclusively represented dental tenants and buyers since 2001. He has served 2 terms as a board member of Capital Area Dental Foundation. He has also served 2 terms as a board member of CCIM (Chartered Commercial Investment Manager), one of commercial real estate's most prestigious organizations.

  • Pamela Gelfand

    Pamela, Vice President, began her commercial real estate career in 2001, after 25 years in internal operations and sales management with a national insurance company. She specializes in exclusive nationwide dental tenant and buyer representation.

Norman and Pamela’s risk-shifting approach centers around the major components that can make a dental lease a powerful asset to the practitioner: Location and Space Finding, Letters of Intent Negotiation, Dental Lease Review, and Expert Negotiation of the operative business framework of dental leases.

Affiliations & Contributions

Norman and Pamela are active in the dental and real estate communities. They have been contributing authors to the Austin Business Journal since 2001, providing expert advice on commercial real estate issues, and focusing on the complexities particular to dental and medical leases and purchases.

Norman served 2 terms as a board member of Capital Area Dental Foundation. He has also served 2 terms as a board member of CCIM (Chartered Commercial Investment Manager), one of commercial real estate’s most prestigious organizations.

Pamela is a contributor on Dentaltown, an interactive healthcare community working to connect dentists with their peers, service providers and manufacturers. She addresses the importance of location and a well-negotiated lease, and their role in increased practice profitability.
